Ingredients

    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 cup onion, chopped
    1 lb t-bone steak
    2 tbsp olive oil
    2 cups brussel sprouts
    2 cups tomatoes
    2 cups celery, chopped
    3/4 cup parsnips, chopped
    3/4 cup carrots, thinly sliced
    3/4 cup potato, chopped
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Put minced garlic, onion, and olive oil in a crock pot on low setting while preparing the other ingredients. Cube the meat and put that in next. Place the rest of the ingredients in the crockpot. Cook on low for 4 1/2 to 6 hours.
