    1 Package of crescent rolls (8)
    8 Slices of turkey bacon
    4 slices american cheese such as Kraft Singles
    1/2 cup egg substitute


Fry bacon in a non-stick skillet until cooked through and and brown.

Pour egg subsitute into a non-stick skillet and heat until it forms scrambled eggs.

Arrange crescent rolls on a non-stick pan. Place 1/2 slice of cheese on each piece of dough. When bacon is finished, either crumble or fold one piece onto each piece of dough. Top with a spoonfull of eggs. Roll/wrap into a pocket. Bake @350 for 10-12 mins until crescent rolls are golden brown.

Serving Size: Makes 8 stuffed pockets
