I make this just about every morning! Fills me up and keeps me moving! I make this just about every morning! Fills me up and keeps me moving!

    2 eggs
    1 cup frozen broccoli
    1 tsp parmesan cheese
    salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc to taste


cook broccoli in microwave safe dish for 3 min or until broccoli is tender. Cut to small pieces with kitchen shears or sharp knife. In small skillet, spray with pam, add broccoli, 2 eggs, parmesan and any spices you like. Stir together and cook until eggs are set. Eat and enjoy!
