Filling- FAST..and oh so easy! Filling- FAST..and oh so easy!
Number of Servings: 4


    I package extra lean ground turkey(20oz)
    1 teas cavenders greek seasoning
    3 cups water
    1 Tbls cornstarch dissolved in 1/4 cup water
    I package Gnocci( four .75 cup servings per pack)


Bring salted water to boil

meanwhile in a separate pot- brown turkey- break up with spatula into crumbles and sprinkle with Cavenders.

When brown add water and dissolved starch...allow to boil.

meanwhile when water come t boil- add gnocci and allow to cook until dumplings float( 4 mins)

WHen Gnocci is done drain and add to gravy. Stir well to mix. Season with additional salt & pepper if needed.

Serve with a green steamed veg for a well rounded meal!

Serving Size: Makes 4 big two cup servings!
