Directions

Mix dry and wet ingredients separate. Stir in dry ingredients to well mixed wet ingredients. Stir only until blended. Add more milk as needed to get right consistency. Pour into muffin cups prepared with liners or non-stick spray. Bake at 400F 14-17 minutes. Don't overcook, will appear undercooked because of applesauce.
