    2 boxes frozen chopped spinach
    2 boxes of low fat cream cheese
    2 oz lemon juice
    1 can waterchestnuts (sliced or chopped)
    1 cup low fat mayo
    1 cup grated parmasean cheese


Mix thawed spinach with all ingredients

Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until warmed through

Serve with pita or crackers or tortilla chips or bread

Makes 12 servings
