Ingredients

    1.50 tsp Chili powder
    1 tbsp Garlic powder
    1 tbsp Onion powder
    0.50 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tsp Salt
    3 cloves Garlic
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    0.50 cup, chopped Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    1.25 cup Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, with green chilies
    2 cup Tomato Sauce
    454 Beans, red kidney
    908 Beans, pinto
    16 oz Ground Beef 93% Lean
    0.50 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
    0.50 tsp Cumin, ground
    1 tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

Brown ground meat with onion, bell pepper and garlic. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover and simmer 2-3 hours OR after browning meat with vegetables, add all ingredients to a crockpot and cook on LOW all day or on high about 5 hours.

Yields: approximately 7.5 cups
Serving Size: 1 cup

Some good sides: rice, cornbread or crackers, coleslaw or salad. I like to eat this with cheddar cheese and sour cream.
