Ingredients

    2 bunches Swiss chard
    2 red onions
    5 cloves garlic
    2 cans white kidney beans
    salt
    vegetable broth

Directions

Sautee chopped onion and chard stems in olive oil with sprinkle of salt until soft. Add chopped chard, beans, and broth. Simmer until warm, wilted and well combined. Eat with corn tortillas and goat cheese.
