    3 lb. new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 cans low-fat cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. milk
    4 T. chives
    1 t. dill weed
    1 t. marjoram


Spray bottom of 9x13 baking dish. Arrange potatoes and onions in dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the top of potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake for 1 hour at 350. Remove foil and bake uncovered an additional 15 to 20 mins. until tender. Makes 12 (1 c.) servings.
