Number of Servings: 16


    summer squash
    wax beans (frozen)
    peas (frozen)
    carrots- grated
    onions(red and yellow)
    sweet potato (frozen)
    navy beans (1 can)
    stewed tomatoes (1 can)
    Dubliner cheese (1 tbl)
    Italian seasoning


chop fresh veggies
saute in olive oil until onions are just slightly translucent
add frozen veg
season with VEGIT and Pepper and Italian seasonings
Add canned tomatoes and beans
Add 6 cups of water
add more water as needed to keep soup thin
