    2 # of Elk Steaks
    1.5 T Olive Oil
    1 t minced garlic
    1/2 t pepper
    2 large Mushrooms
    2 t Worchestershire Sauce


Heat up a frying pan(one that can go into the oven at 400 degrees) on the stove top at med low heat. Add 1.5 T olive oil and heaping teaspoon of minced garlic. Add steaks and sprinkle pepper over them and some worchestershire sauce. Brown and then flip and add pepper and more worchestershire sauce. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. Then, Slice Mushrooms and place on top of browned meat. Spray with Olive oil cooking spray and add a little more minced garlic to mushrooms and some more worchestershire sauce. Bake an additional 5 minutes.

Serving Size: 8 - 4 oz Steaks
