Yummy egg bake- tastey low carb meal or snack. Yummy egg bake- tastey low carb meal or snack.

    1 lb ground Tennesee Pride ground sausage- browned
    1 Cup Broccoli- steamed
    18 eggs- mixed
    1 cup Silk Soy milk
    1 Cup grated cheese, Crystal Farms Mexican cheese
    1 Cup Fage plain yogurt
    1/4 cup chopped onions
    2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper


Grease 13x9 inch baking pan, place browned sausage and steamed broccoli on bottom of pan.
Combine eggs, sour cream,cheese, soy milk, onion, salt and pepper and pour over sausage and broccoli.
bake uncovered for 45 - 60 min-
until golden brown and knife inserted comes out clean.

I froze mine and microwave for 1 min as needed.

Serving Size: makes 18 squares.
