Ingredients

    2 medium red bell peppers
    1/2 granny smith apple
    1 Haas avocado
    2 cups, fresh baby spinach leaves
    2-4 cloves garlic
    1/2 c. tahini (raw sesame seed butter)
    1/2 t. cayenne pepper
    1 T. curry powder

Directions

Blend all ingredients together until smooth, adding water to desired consistency.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 6 1-cup servings.
