    - 4 cloves of garlic
    - 2 tsp of chopped ginger
    - 1 tbsp coconut oil
    - 2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless
    - 1 cup chopped red onion (or one small red onion)
    - Half a yellow (or red or green) bell pepper
    - 1 cup shredder carrots (buy this way at the store to save on cutting)
    - 1 cup cabbage cut into strips
    - 250ml container of Knorr chicken broth
    - Bragg All-Purpose Soy Seasoning (to taste)
    - 4 cups water
    - Crushed red pepper (hot, to taste)
    - 2 large eggs

Fry up the ginger and garlic in the coconut oil, add the chicken and cook until done. Then add everything else but the eggs. I'm not sure how long to cook it for - I like my vegetables a little crispy. I also prefer to have it quite chunky. Near the end, whisk the eggs in a bowl and add them to the soup. Let it sit for a couple seconds and then stir it around so the egg breaks up and pieces swirl throughout.
