Pasta salad with a twist! Pasta salad with a twist!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 tbsp of Parmesan Cheese- shredded
    4 tbsp of chopped fresh basil
    1 cup chopped spinach
    3/4 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp of lemon juice
    2 cups cheese tortellini
    3 pepperoncini peppers

Directions

Cook pasta according to package, no salt added. While pasta cooks, combine spinach, basil, peppers, and cheese in a large bowl. Drain pasta, rinse with cold water. Add pasta, lemon juice, and oil to spinach mixture. Toss gently and enjoy!
