Make dough in bread machine. Make dough in bread machine.

    Water, tap, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tsp Salt, 4 dash
    Yeast, Red Str Active Dry Yeast, 5 tsp
    Vital wheat gluten, 28 grams
    Spaghetti Sauce 1/2 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese 4 cups
    peppers, red large 1
    onion 1/2 ci[
    mushrooms 8 large
    black olives 15 small
    pepperoni 28 pieces


Prepare pizza dough in bread machine. Meanwhile prepare toppings. Roll out dough and place on large pizza pan. Spread spaghetti sauce and cheese. Add toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is krispy and cheese melted.
