Ingredients

    4 dash Salt
    1.50 1tsp Olive Oil
    0.50 cup Ragu Traditional Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce)
    1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    0.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 tsp Granulated Sugar
    2 cup Flour, white
    28 Vital wheat gluten
    4 cup Cheese - Kraft Mozzarella Cheese
    2 serving 1/2 cup onion
    5 tsp Yeast, Red Str Active Dry Yeast
    2 serving hormel pepporoni pillow pack (14)

Directions

Prepare pizza dough in bread machine. Meanwhile prepare toppings. Roll out dough and place on large pizza pan. Spread spaghetti sauce and cheese. Add toppings. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until crust is krispy and cheese melted.

Serving Size: Makes 8 pieces
