    1 lb ground turkey
    1/2 c chopped onion
    1/4 c chopped bell pepper
    3 cloves of fresh garlic
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    8 oz of cooked & drained spaghetti
    1/3 c grated parmesan cheese
    2 eggs beaten
    2 teaspoon of butter
    1 c fat free cottage cheese
    1/2 c of fat free shredded mozzarella cheese


Cook meat, onion, pepper and garlic in large skillet until meat is browned. Drain fat/ Stir in spaghetti sauce.

Combine noodles, parmesan cheese, eggs and butter in large bowel and mix well.

Place in bottom of 13x9 baking pan - sprayed with cooking spray. Spread cottage cheese over the noodles. Cover with sauce mixture. Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.

Bake until mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted. Bake about 20 minutes.
