    1lb Whole Wheat Pasta
    1 small onion, chopped.
    1.5 T olive oil
    26 oz jar spaghetti sauce
    1 bag baby spinach
    2 c shredded mozzarella cheese


Preheat oven to 350
Cook pasta accordingly to package instructions
Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Add onion and sautee 3 -5 minutes.
Add spinach and heat until almost wilted.
Pour in spaghetti sauce
Once pasta is done, add to sauce and toss to coat
Pour pasta and sauce mix into 9 x 13 baking pan or other casserole dish
Top with cheese
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes. (Cheese will brown and sauce will be bubbling at the edges)
