Number of Servings: 40

Ingredients

    3 oz dried apricots, diced
    6 oz dried cranberries, chopped
    1/2 c raisins
    3/4 t ground cinnamon
    1/4 t ground ginger
    1/4 t ground allspice
    1 pinch ground cloves
    1 c water
    3/4 c white sugar
    1/2 c cider vinegar

Directions

1. In a medium bowl, mix together the apricots, cranberreis, raisins, cinnamon, ginger, allspice and cloves.

2. In a medium saucepan, boil water and sugar, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved.

3. Add the dried fruit mixture and vinegar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.

4. Remove from heat and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate in a covered container.

Serving Size: makes 40 1-Tbsp servings
