    1 lb. potato gnocchi
    2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (166 grams), cubed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 cup chicken stock
    1 tsp dried parsley
    1 tsp chives, chopped
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    pepper to taste


1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to boil for the gnocchi
2. In separate pan saute chicken breast
3. Add soup, stock, parsley, chives and garlic powder; stir well to mix
4. Cook on LOW heat until gnocchi is done
5. When water comes to a boil add gnocchi and cook for approximately 8 minutes; sample to taste if done; drain in a colander
6. Add drained gnocchi to chicken mixture & cook for an addition 7-8 minutes
7. Divide into 4 equal portions & serve
