    5 cans salmon
    1 cup bread crumbs
    5 eggs
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    parsley optional
    celetry flakes optional
    onions optional


drain and clean salmon.
crumble salmon and mix all of the incredients except or 1/4 cup bread crumbs
head oil in pan
shape salmon in 18 patties, dip in bread crumbs and place in skillet cook until golden brown on both sides.

Serving Size: 2 cakes makes a serving
