    1.5# Tofu, mashed
    1/3cup nosalt ketchup
    1/3cup low salt soy sauce
    2T dijon mustard
    1/2cup chopped parsley fresh
    1/4t black pepper
    1/4t garlic powder
    1 medium onion finely chopped
    1cup rolled oats


- preheat oven to 350
- mix everything together
- spray oil loaf pan
- add to pan
- put extra ketchup on top
- cook 1 hour

Serving Size: makes 4 servings
