    1 La Tortilla Factory whole wheat low carb tortilla
    1/2 cup Egg Beater (egg substitute)
    1/4 cup shredded reduced fat cheddar cheese
    1/2 cup chopped green peppers
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    cooking spray (olive oil)


Spray cooking spray in skillet and heat. In a mixing bowl, combine egg beaters, peppers, onions, and cheese and mix well. Pour in heated skillet and scramble until cooked. Place on tortilla and enjoy!!!
