    One 8 once sirloin steak
    Rice vinegar
    red bll pepper
    fresh ginger
    Chile garlic sauce
    Lemon zest
    Yellow bell pepper
    Brown rice


Freeze seal for 20 minutes before cutting.
Combine vinegar, red pepper, sugar, shallots, ginger, chile garlic sauce, and lemon zest in a small bowl to make dipping sauce.
Blanch bell pepper in boiling water. Drain and rinse. Cut into triangles. Toss in a medium bowl with 2 Tbl of dipping sauce.
Cut steak into thin slices.
Thread beef and pepper onto a skewer.
Broil until cooked through. 3-5 mintues on each side.
Serve with dipping sauce.
Serve with brown rice, 1 cup per serving.
