Introduction

Ingredients

    1 tblspn Olive Oil
    1 clove of garlic crushed
    1 onion sliced
    600g diced braising steak
    100g button mushrooms
    2 carrots sliced
    2 tblspns grated root ginger
    1 tblspn soy sauce
    1tblspn honey
    400mls/ 20 ounces of beef stock
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Heat oil and cook garlic and onion for 2min. Add beef and brown.

Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees celcius/ 320 farenheit.
Place onions, garlic, and beef in casserole dish with everything else. Cook for 11/2 to 2 hours.
