    100g ground almonds
    100g pine nuts
    2 egg whites
    170g sugar (caster, granulated)
    1 tsp plain flour


Mix all dry ingredients together to combine.
Add egg whites and whisk for 5 minutes
Leave for 5 minutes
Whisk again for 5 minutes
Dollop teaspoons of the mixture onto a silpat/ baking sheet, or use edible paper.
Bake 180 C until golden (20 mins)
