    1 Flax Oat Bran Pita
    2 large eggs
    1/2 avocado
    3 slices tomato
    1 slice provolone (or cheese of your choice, no more than 1 oz.)
    1 tbsp. honey mustard dressing (Brianna's is my preference)


Spray a small frying pan with oil very lightly. Heat the Pita just until warm and remove to plate.

Scramble the eggs with a small amount of water (1-2 tsp) and cook until set. Layer avocado, tomato, cheese, eggs and dressing on the pita and enjoy!
