Introduction

One of our favourite sides for x-mas, thanksgivint or any other time. One of our favourite sides for x-mas, thanksgivint or any other time.

Ingredients

    carrots
    butter
    Sugar
    Parsley

Directions

steam carrots till just tender (about 15 minutes)
Melt butter in a pan, add carrots and sprinkle sugar on top. Fry until caramelized (about 10 minutes). Add parsley and serve.
