Introduction

Ingredients

    Ricotta
    Raisins
    Eggs
    Sugar
    Cinnamon
    Vanilla
    Margarine
    Flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350.
Mix filling together.
Make crust and cut in half. Put one half aside and pull of 1/3 - 1/4 of each for pie criss-cross on top. Roll larger sections for crusts in pie tin. Fill 3/4 with filling. Roll then cut remaining dough into strips and criss-cross/weave on top like a basket. Use water to help connect at ends. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
