    Turkey ground Carolina, 16 oz
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 0.5 cup
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 0.5 tbsp chopped
    Parsley, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Pepper, black, 0.25 tsp
    Salt, 1 dash
    Apple Crisp, 0.5 serving


Mix all ingredients together. Spray baking pan with olive oil (or skillet if you cook on cooktop). Heat oven to 375 degrees. Form ground turkey into even balls & place on cookie sheet/baking pan. Spray top of each burger with olive oil & bake 20 minutes or until done.
