    Kale, 2 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Scallions, raw, 2 large
    Oregano, ground, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, 2 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp


Wash kale & cut or shred into medium sized pieces. Saute onion & garlic until tender. Add oregano, salt, pepper, kale & about 2 cups of waer. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium & cook about 40 minutes or until tender.

Serving Size: Makes about 5 servings of 1/2 cup
