Introduction

Ingredients

Turkey bones
8-10 cups water
8 large carrots chopped
8 med stalks of celery chopped
1 med onion diced
2 cups green beans
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp curry powder
2 cups egg noodles
Directions
In large soup pot cover turkey bones with water, bring to a boil, and cook for 3-4 hours, drain soup stock in large container, cool bones and meat until you can handle them without burning your fingers. Strip meat off the bones, you should have about a cup of white meat and a cup of dark meat, add to the soup stock. Cut up vegetables and add to the soup stock as well as the spices., cook until tender. In seperate pot boil egg noodles and add to soup. Enjoy
