    1/2 lb Rosamarina Macaroni
    3/4 cup Splenda (sugar)
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp flour
    20 oz. can pineapple, crushed
    15 oz. can mandarin oranges
    9 oz Cool Whip


Cook Macaroni, drain and let cool. Cook sugar, eggs, salt and flour with the juice from the pineapple and mandarin oranges (this will not be as think as pudding) Cool completely, fold into the macaroni with the cool whip, then add the fruit. Let cool overnight. (Makes ALOT!! I had a hard time entering the portions/serving size for the recipe)
