Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Pizza dough, 1 packet
    Fresh Spinach, 1 cup
    Fresh Basil leaves, 6 grams (about 10 leaves)
    Roma Tomatoes, 2 medium, thinly sliced
    Quartered Artichoke Hearts, 4-6, chopped (save marinade!)
    Kalamata Olives, 4-6 olives, minced
    Capers, 1 Tbsp
    Garlic, 1 clove, minced
    Mozzarella Cheese, 1/2 cup, shredded
    Feta Cheese, 1/2 cup, crumbled
    Honey (optional, not added in nutritional facts)

Directions

Heat oven to 450 degrees unless otherwise noted for your pizza crust. Grease your pizza pan.

Follow directions for pizza crust. I feel the crust is better slightly crispy, so I bake my crust alone for 4-5 minutes before adding the toppings.

Baste the crust generously with the artichoke heart marinade; this is your 'sauce'.

Cover the entire pizza with a layer of spinach. Top with the rest of your ingredients.

Bake pizza for 6-10 minutes, depending on your pizza crust instructions and whether the crust was already baked.

Check your pizza frequently, it is done when the crust is golden brown and mozzarella is melted.

If you so desire, honey is great on the crust or for dipping.
