Ingredients

    Spinach, fresh, 1 package (10 oz) (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
    Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    *Brown Rice, long grain, .5 cup (remove)
    Tofu, firm, 1 block (remove)
    *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, grated (remove)
    Miso, .125 cup (remove)
    Basil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)

Directions

steam the spinach and set aside. Sautee the onions, carrots, garlic and miso until caramelized and set aside. Whiz the spinach and tofu and the rice to the texture desired. mix together by hand and form into 1/2 cup patties. Bake 350degrees and 35 minutes. If appetizer sized 15 - 20 minutes.
