Ingredients

    16 tbsp unsalted butter
    2 tbsp chopped chives
    1/2 cup sherry wine
    1 shallot finey chopped

Directions

place chopped shallot in fr5y pan, heat to bring out flavor, place sherry in pan and cook to reduced approx 2 tbsp. blend that and remaining ingredients, place on cellophane paper, roll in long log and freeze, apply to bread meats or soups.
