    Canadian Bacon, 1 slices (6 per 6-oz pkg.) (remove)
    Scallions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Portabella Mushrooms, 137 grams (remove)
    Scrambled Egg, 4 large (remove)
    Kraft Free American Cheese Singles, 1 slice (remove)


Preheat the broiler. Combine the egg whites and scallions in a small mixing bowl; season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat the oil in a medium size nonstick skillet on medium high. Add the mushrooms and canadian bacon; saute for three minutes. Add the egg mixture and let set for 2 minutes. Place under the broiler for 3 minuted, or until just cooked. Cut the omelette in half, slide out of the skillet, and serve.
