    1.5 cups wheat flour
    0.5 cups white flour
    1 cup milk
    .25 cup oil
    1 egg
    .5 cup brown sugar
    3 tsp baking powder
    .5 tsp salt
    1.5 cups cooked apples


Combine wet and dry ingredients in two separate bowls. Then combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Fill greased muffin pan with spoonfuls of batter. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins.
