Ingredients

    Bear Creek Country Kitchen Creamy Potato soup mix 1/2 pkg.

    1c. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1c. matchstick carrots
    1c. frozen yellow corn kernels

Directions

Mix up potato soup mix as directed.

add veggies as you simmer to cook for 15 minutes.

Garnish as you like and enjoy.

Makes about 4 servings at about 1 1/2 c. each.
