    1 lb Italian sausage
    1lb lean ground turkey breast
    2 c onions (2 cups sliced)
    2 c mushrooms (chopped)
    3 cloves garlic minced
    1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (28oz)
    2 cans tomato sauce (15oz)
    1 can tomato paste (6oz)
    1 T dried basil leaves
    1T dried oregano leaves
    1T sugar
    1/2 t salt
    1/2 t pepper
    1/2 t crushed red pepper flakes


Saute onions. mushrooms, garlic and meat in large pan until meat is throughly cooked. Add to crockpot add sauces and spices cook for 5-6 hours longer the better
