    Cheese mild cheddar Ampi State Brand, 0.1 cup
    Flour Tortilla brown rice wrap Food for Life, 2 oz
    Canadian bacon Lands O Frost 1 slice
    Jalapeno Peppers Slices Haddon House 1 slice chopped
    Egg Whites Eggbeaters, 3 tbsp
    Tomatoes, red 0.25 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped


Pour egg whites in heated pan, add all ingredients except bacon & tortilla. When egg mixture bubbles, turn over half onto itself & continue cooking until heated through.

Serving Size: Makes one 10 inch tortilla
