Introduction

Easy to make casserole, that tastes great, and is only 126 calories per serving. Easy to make casserole, that tastes great, and is only 126 calories per serving.
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 lbs potatoes - sliced thin
    2 tbsp flour
    2 tbsp marg
    1 tsp hot sauce
    pepper to taste
    2 cups milk - 1%
    4 oz cheddar cheese - grated

Directions

To make the cheese sauce, melt butter and flour together, add hot sauce and pepper to taste.
Add milk slowing, stirring to mix the flour/marg mix.
Cook to thicken (just a couple of minutes)
Add the cheese, heat until melted.
Layer the potatoes in a casserole dish. Add sauce. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Leftovers are great reheated!
