Ingredients

2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
14 vanilla wafers
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. lemon juice
2 lrg. eggs
Directions
Place wafer in bottom of tin muffin cup liners. Beat cream cheese, add remaining ingred. and beat until smooth. Place in tins. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes. Chill at least 2 hours or overnight prior to serving. Add fruit topping if desired.
