Ingredients

    1 medium cucumber, peeled if you can cut it on spiral so the flavor will be better and so the texture, plus wil be funnier to eat it with chopsticks.

    1 bar of surimi aprox 80 - 100 gr

    1/2 tspn or wasabi diluted on rice vinegar

    chili powder (as much as u want)

    1 sheet of sea weed (for sushi)

Directions

makes 4 1-cup servings

wash and peel cucumber, cut it with the spiral blade place it on a bowl.

take the sheet of seaweed and roll it, cut it with scissor, cutting little triangles by cuttin only edges. Place them on top of the cucumber.

Add 1/2 cup of rice vinegar all over the cucumber and seaweed.

dilute wasabi on 5 tspoon of rice vinegar

pour all over the cucumber

add surimi on treads or cubes, as u like it
