    1 bag mixed vegetable
    6 medium yukon gold potatoes
    1 lb ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 T skim milk
    1/4 - 1/2 c shredded colby jack cheese


Preheat oven to 350
Quarter potatoes and boil until tender. (About 3 -5 minutes once boiling)
In the mean time, brown ground beef adding onion and garlic about half way through.
Add frozen vegetables and sautee 3 - 5 minutes.
Pour meat and vegetables into a 9x13 baking pan or other casserole dish

Once potatoes are tender, mash potatoes with 2 T butter and 2 T milk.

Top meat with mash potatoes and spread into an even laty. Sprinkle with cheese.

Baked 20 - 30 minutes. The deeper the casserole dish, the longer the dish will need to bake.
