    Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni - 14 oz
    Follow Your Heart Vegan Cheese -5 oz
    Silken Tofu - 1 block
    Spectrum Naturals buttery spread - 2TBPS
    Nutritional Yeast - 2TBSP
    Salt and Pepper to Taste


Puree tofu in blender until smooth
Pureed tofu in a sauce pan and simmer with cheese substitute, butter substitute, and nutritional yeast, stirring often until the cheese is melted. Salt and Pepper to taste

In the meantime, prepare pasta according to instructions

Pour pasta and tofu mixture into a baking dish and bake at 400 until bubly and hot...15-20 mins.

I add tomato slices and fresh basil to the top a few minutes before removing from the oven.
