    Ground sausage, 14 oz (remove)
    *Barilla Lasanga Noodles, 12 serving (remove)
    Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 15 oz (remove)
    Parsley, .25 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)
    Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup, shredded (remove)
    *Prego Chunky Garden (tomato, Onion & Garlic) Italian Sauce, 2.5 cup (remove)


cook sausage
cook noodles according to box directions
mix ricotta, parsley (chopped) and egg.

heat oven to 375. Pour 1/2 cup sauce in bottom of 9x13.

rinse noodles in cold water. put 3 Tbs of cheese mixture onto each noodle and sprinkle with sausage. Roll up and put in 9x13, seam side down. top roll-ups with remaining sauce and mozzarella. bake loosely cover for 15 minutes. uncover and bake for additional 10 minutes until brown and bubbly.
