Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Packet - Regular Instant Oatmeal
    1 Tbsp - Smooth Peanut Butter
    1 tsp - dry cocoa powder, unsweetened
    2 Tbsp - Nonfat Milk
    2 Tbsp - Sugar

Directions

Mix together sugar and cocoa and mix together in a medium bowl. Stir in milk until all ingredients are wet. Put in microwave about 1 minute. Take out and add oats and peanut butter. Eat and enjoy!

Serving Size: Makes 1 large serving (or you could make it into 3 small servings)
