Ingredients

    Fiber One Cereal, .25 cup (1 serving) (remove)
    *Egg white, 1 serving (remove)
    *Tilapia 5 oz (remove)
    Chili powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    Paprika, 1 tsp (remove)
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Dip fish fillet egg white, then coat in 1/4 C. Fiber One. Spray aluminum baking pan with non-stick cooking spray. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until done. Yield 2 servings.
