    *Organic All-Purpose White Flour, 0.12 cup (remove)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove) (2 breasts cut into 2 pieces)
    Olive Oil, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
    *green onion (spring onion), 0.25 cup (remove) (sliced)
    Garlic, 1 clove (remove)(minced)
    Chicken Broth, 2 fl oz (remove)(I used homemade - no salt)
    Chicken Broth or Bouillon, 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)(I used homemade - no salt)
    *Dried Thyme, .12 tsp (remove)
    Parsley, 0.5 tbsp (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices (remove)


Place Flour in a large resealable plastic bag.
Add Chicken pieces 2 at a time and shake to coat.
In a large skillet saute Chicken in 1 tbsp of oil in batches for 2 minutes a side or until no longer pink, drain. Remove and keep warm.
In the same skillet, saute mushrooms and onions in remaining oil for 3 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Add garlic, cook for 1 minute longer.
Stir in both amounts of broth and Thyme.
Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened (depending on broth used sometimes it does or doesnt thicken that much).
Stir in parsley, add Chicken, heat through and serve.
